The testing is conducted by our senior user experience architect with over 20 years of industry experience with IBM consulting and Tandem Seven.

Testing is done over the internet with the participants at a convenient location. This service is divided into two work efforts:


Planning ($2750)
• Phone consultations with usability consultant to discuss website or application, its features, user characteristics, and general tasks that you wish to test.
• Usability consultant will review relevant screens and write up a test plan including detailed scenarios and data collection methods.
• Phone consultation to review test plan and edit as necessary


Test and Analysis ($3750)
• Usability consultant will administer usability test through an online meeting program such as WebEx, GoToMeeting, etc. Client may listen in on and observe sessions, but cannot directly participate.
• Number of participants can range between 5-8 participants, maximum of 1 hour per participant. All usability testing is done on a one-one basis. This is not a focus group session.
• Client is responsible for locating and scheduling participants, including making sure they have adequate internet connectivity and any software necessary to run test
• Usability consultant will analyze results, present a summary of findings, and deliver a written report detailing areas of difficulty, success vs. failures, user comments, and recommendations for addressing usability issues including visuals if appropriate. Learn More
